Residentie Meerschevenne is located in rural Berlare, planned on a domain of about 12ha. The location next to the Kasteeldreef offers the resident a car-free connection to the center (approx. 850m). The Donkmeer is also within cycling distance.
The project includes 53 assisted-living apartments with a park garden. A varied choice in area, number of bedrooms (1/2) and location is offered. Contemporary architecture and future-oriented comfort complete it.
In addition to the assisted living apartments, Meerschevenne also offers a meeting room (with or without food service), hair salon, beauty care room, fitness room with infrared cabin and a laundromat.
The operation is monitored by VZW Zorgbeheer Midden-Vlaanderen, a collaboration between Immo Van de Woestijne (rental and management) and CM (care coordination).
